Session One :

Introduction to the 7 Sacred Directions + 5 elements ~ How this living structure operates as a tool of co-creation and profound Sacred Space Protection ~ a portal into the multidimensional + holographic nature of reality ~ through being in grounded + connected presence in the body.

This work is about deepening your relationship to the living field, so you can stay in your capacity while holding space - even when you encounter interference. In this way it is safe for your power to expand ~ deeply connected to love.

Through calling in the directions and the elements, we enter the living architecture of spirit & soul made manifest.

And create an alter for the directions & elements as a physical representation of this.

We begin by anchoring the sacred line between earth and stars - which forms the human body and energy field into the rainbow bridge.

Each direction and element becomes both felt as frequency within the body, and felt as a guiding point within time and space in the outer world.

There are somatic practices to support your embodiment of the one who calls in the directions and elements ~ we can call this part of you, your High Priestess (both expanded, and humbly grounded she is the bridge between the earth and stars) ~ in your case we honour your connection to Andromeda.
